Britain is backing down it appears and wants to extend the deadline. The fact is is that we probably have waited too long and have allowed the opposition to grow. When we first declared Iraq to be in material breach after they shot at one of the aircraft enforcing the no fly zone is when we should have went in. Now, the words material breach do not mean anything as they are not backed up by the serious consequences that we promised
