Despite reports that inspections aren't working and for the most part are over, France says it will veto new resolution. France also says it doubts US would get votes anyway.

Don't hold your breath Frenchy.

So even if the majority vote in favor of the resolution France would still veto. Chirac is doing major damage to relations between France and the US and I hope he chokes on it later!

Me too Marshall, it really pisses me off. I guess they forgot how we liberated them and europe from Germany and Hitlers reign. I honestly can't say what I want to due to the fact we are a family board!!!!!!!

They're making me sick!

I have one nerve left and the French is getting on it. Now they claim that if we go to war with Iraq alone, then that will divide the coalition in the war on terrorism. Who does he think he is anyway?

Seems to me that Jacque is trying to play Superman. I mean SuperPower. lol.

I think France is still pissed that we "accidently" bombed a French Embassy back in 1991.

Maybe 5 more years of saying "Heil Hitler" and with the capital being vichy instead of Paris will "remind" the frogs of just how weak they really are and how much we need them

I say take away all aid and see how long they remain a viable country!!!

I guess they forgot about D-DAY and how much we helped them. I heard they wouldn't let us use their beaches to film saving private Ryan because they were so embarrassed how many Americans died liberating their country. WELL SCREW THEM IMHO.They are on their own now...

Okay I have been keeping my fingers crossed trying not to post anything too mean, but I am a cajun and sometimes I really just get^&*^&*^ well you know, here goes. Who cares what the French Do, Think or Say. See that wasn't to bad was it lol

WAIT A MINUTE, THERE...those Frenchmen in Normandy have NOT forgotten what we did; it's the best place for an American to visit in the country, they LOVE us, and they have had numerous PRO-US demonstrations. Anywhere else in France...it's a different story altogether.

Hell with France! I hope we cut off all our aid to them from here on out and just let them suffer slowly for not complying with our offers. In many ways I'm glad I'm not a soldier now, as there is so much flack and protest over this war...they wont be recognized in parades so much as we once were.

I think everybody should have respect and support our troops Thats what being an American is all about..I certainly do
