Now every hour counts until that day as it looks more and more that the US will go to war without UN backing but Bush has said that the coalition of the willing will liberate Iraq.

Also it looks more and more that Iraq wont comply before the 17th as they are demanding at this stage after 12 years that the UN lift the sanctions.

I think that the full moon on the 18th wont be a important decisionmaking thing and after the 17th war will begin.
