And the tape was made recently as some of the events that happened are named by Osama in the tape including the capture of Saddam Hussein.
This shows that the war on terrorism is not over despite many advances made by the US and other countries in dismanteling the Al-Qaeda organization but as I said in other threads as long as the #2 guy in charge of Al-Qaeda who is more dangerous that Osama is around the group will continue to do what they do.

I was afraid of that. We're definitely making progress but I don't think the war on terror will ever be "over" - it's definitely safer without Saddam though. Next we need Bin Laden and his right hand man.

I still say that he and #2 are in the Pakistan/Afganistan border but it is very difficult to get them because of the terrain there but I hope that in the not distant furure they will be captured or killed.

Good thing I'm not with the guys who have to listen and determine whose voice it is. With my ear acting up like it is, I'd think it was Fozzy Bear.

It's not just the terrain along that border...may I remind you that the Taliban "movement" (from talib, or "student [of the Q'u'ran]") started in PAKISTAN during the Russian occupation of Afghanistan, and most of its members/supporters still live there...quite a nuisance for Musharraf, and a continuing headache in our efforts to capture UBL, al-Zawahiri, etc.
There are few places along the border that wouldn't offer safe haven, food, etc. to those thugs and their members.
