Embarrassing. The only troops that pose any threat are the special republican guard that are located within Baghdad itself.

Lets get this show on the road. It is clear that Saddam is not disarming. That drone buried in the Blix report (convenient that it was buried and not even mentioned, creating problems with his impartiality) is all the proof any objective person and or country should need.

Iraq has only 6 units of Republican Guard. They should not be too hard to overcome with our 250,000 troops.

During the Gulf War... Iraqi soldiers were out looking for "The Americans" so they could surrender to them. Seems that they were hungry and thirsty.

I believe Bush is one of the most level headed and patient Presidents' we have ever had! He does not take any crap and makes very wise decisions. Sept. 11th should have made you see the light on the subject.

he is very patient!!!hehe extremely patient, especially with a dictator who he has made out to be the new hitler. if saddam is as bad as bush says he is, and i agree saddam is another hitler, then why the endless delays? bush has no spine?

I agree that its time already, but TRUST ME its not because Bush has no spine... We have no idea what it takes to start a war..... Its not the push of a button like its made out to be on tv...

we have had some spine-less presidents.. But Bush is not on that list. lol

i disagree, bush said he knew war was the

correct decision. now at least one member of blairs govt has resigned in opposition to the war. each day of delay increases the chances that blairs govt will fall, all caused by bush's endless and fear filled delays. if blair, s govt falls, bush should be impeac hed

Blair is the whole reason for the delay IMO... Bush is trying to get this resolution passed to help blair...

Blair definitly has a pair...he is going against much of public opinion in the UK, b/c he believes he is doing the right thing...and that is honorable.

it is bush's delays that are causing problems for blair

Once again I say, If anyone can do Bushs job better than do it. Rainstorm I think it's funny how you keep putting Bush down. :o Consider who could be in office.   We'd be in deep chit by now if Gore was running the show. The comment about Bush not having a spine give me a _u_ _ing break. Lets show some support for our President and our country  No matter if your a Dem or a Rep..You are still an American aren't you????

There you go Rainband...well said!

I could be wrong, but it appears that rainstorm is looking for reasons to criticize Bush. My Goodness has he been great through this so far. Everyone in their right mind knows that he wanted this taken care of months ago! You have no idea what all is involved. Give me a break!!!

who knows what we are giving the super important country, cameroon to vote with us. if we arent begging, why are we still proposing yet more resolutions?

Well then he is definitly not practicing what he preaches. If he wanted to do it then do it. He says two different things. One thing "yippie do dah we're gonna get these evil do'ers/goppidly goop" but he makes others defend his international relations and help to clean up after his mouth. Thats why he has only had 8 solo news conferences while clinton had 30 at this time in his presidency. They don't want him talking too much and get us in more situations.
