What they want is bilateral talks with the US only but Bush says that China,Japan,Russia and South Korea must participate in the talks because it is a regional problem but I respecfully disagree on what Bush says that it is a regional problem because the nuke issue concerns all the world as they have 2 nukes right now and in a few months they will have 6-8 atomic bombs.
