There is a document that has surfaced and obtained by "The Smoking Gun" clearing him of all sexual charges by the Los Angeles PD. The Santa Barbara DA has yet to comment on this development. Hmmmm..... I believe that this Mother is after money.

perhaps Linda...but my money is on MJ being mentally deranged, and the freak doesn't understand that sleeping with little boys is just plain wrong! whether there is sex acts or not!

It is written in the document that he did not sleep in the bed with any young boy. He slept on the floor. It was investigated thoroughly. Interviewed was the boy, his brothers, his sister and his Mom. They all said that Jackson was never alone with the boy. If you watched that interview he had in Britain, the boy was holding his hand. That is the boy who brought the first charges.

This is the first case, not the one pending.

Actually, I think this is about the current case, because it mentions that the boy is now 14 and that he was a cancer patient. I'm pretty sure the cancer victim was the current accuser. Jordi Chandler was the first accuser back in '93 and is now 23 years old.

In that interview, doesn't he admit to sleeping with young boys? I'm not arguing whether he did or didn't with this particular boy, but the fact that he admits to doing this, in my opinion, gives the authorities every right to assume he may have acted innapropriately. The guy has self profiled himself.

Michael Jackson's most controversial quotes from British TV interview

Superstar Michael Jackson last stirred controversy with a British television documentary broadcast in February.

Jackson, who was ordered Wednesday to turn himself over to police to face charges of child molestation, said in the documentary that he sees nothing wrong with sharing his bed with children.

Here are the most controversial quotes from that interview:

- "If there were no children on this earth, if somebody announced that all kids were dead, I would jump off the balcony immediately."

- "I used to walk around holding baby dolls ... because I wanted children so badly."

- "Whenever kids come here, they always want to stay with me."

- "I have slept in a bed with many children," including former child actor Macaulay Culkin together with his siblings.

- "We go to sleep. I put the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know, we have cookies. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do."

- After the difficult birth of his daughter Paris in 1998, Jackson said, "I was so anxious to get her home that after cutting the cord -- I hate to say this -- I snatched at her and just went home with all the placenta all over her... Got her in a towel and ran."

- "I used a surrogate mother and my own sperm cells," to have his third child.

- "I'm thinking about adopting two kids from each continent around the world. That is my dream," he said.

- "Why can't you share your bed?" Jackson said, holding hands with a 12-year-old and letting him rest his head on his shoulder. "The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone."

And from The Smoking Gun:

The children's mother told investigators that Jackson was "like a father to the children and a part of her family." While acknowledging that her son "has slept in the same room as the entertainer," the woman claimed "they did not share a bed. The entertainer would sleep on the floor," according to the November 26 memo.

In that particular interview, with the boy holding his hand, he said that the boys were going to sleep on the floor but him being the host he let them have the bed while he slept on the floor.

Thanks for the clarification Duck. I got confused. lol.

No problem. :) I was also confused in the beginning when all the stuff came out with this second complaint. They kept referring to the boy from the first complaint in '93 and just confused the heck out of me as to whether it was the same accuser coming forward 10 years later or a new one.
