Saddam prepares his troops for war

Here you can see all of what Iraq has prepared to recieve the US invasion.

But will these plans go by the board quickly as many of the Iraqi soldiers surrender?

As I said in another thread you have to read all the sides of an issue to then have an informed opinion.

My opinion is that they will concentrate forces in the big cities especially Bagdad to make urban warfare and cause many US casualties but I think the US will roll them and get Saddam in one of his bunkers below a palace.

Saddam's troops have been trained in classic Soviet warfare. They are ill equipped and trained to handle urban warefare. The Iraqi military is in a no win situation. They will be pounded when and where ever they try and make a stand. The only hope to prevent a massacre is for them to surrender and / or revolt against Saddam.
