School Bus hit by fire truck

Its a local bus of the Watertown City School District, damage looks substantial...

I hope everyone is ok. I saw this happen once before. People don't respond to the sirens like they should. I was raised (and still do) pull over when an emergency vehicle is approaching. Today, 3 ambulances were racing by and I pulled over, only to be almost sideswiped by another vehicle riding on their tailwinds.

Extensive is a better word for the damage. I sure hope that bus was almost empty when this happened. Not a good thing for children if they were sitting in the impact area.

Yikes!! :o That right side sure is substantially damaged!

Let's hope no one was injured or killed, be it driver or child! :o

i hope everyone is ok. i still think school buses need seat belts , but then again i know that the school systems dont have the money. let us know what happen and if all is ok
