HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 26 — A fire tore through a Hartford nursing home early Wednesday, killing 10 people and sending 23 to hospitals, authorities said. A nursing home resident was arrested, and fire officials said the fire was considered suspicious.

Tragic news indeed. I wonder if the fire was intentionally set by the individual as in meaning intentional danger?
