Judge duct tapes defendant's mouth

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) -- A Texas judge ordered a defendant's mouth to be taped shut after the man kept interrupting his lawyer and the judge during an aggravated assault trial.
For about 20 minutes Tuesday, Carl Wiley, 36, ignored pleas from state District Judge Jim Bob Darnell and his own mother to keep quiet during a hearing outside the jury's presence.
Finally, Darnell ordered bailiffs to seal Wiley's mouth with duct tape.
Kinda funny, huh?

ROFLMAO! You just don't mess with Judges! I bet that hurts like hell when the tape comes off! :o He'll probably end up getting $1,000,000.00 for pain and suffering....

I guess my "Hang'em" attitude wouldn't get me very far....

yes it would mf, you are posting with the Hang em queen here, of course i do listen to all the evidence before making my decision. And I always get picked for a criminal case sheeesh. The evidence was clear for the last one I was on, it was all on tape and the guy was yelling mistaken identity, yeah right. Got a letter from the DA a few weeks ago he's visiting prison for 15 yrs.
