According to the CBS Evening News. Probably enough to convince the smelly French that inspections are working; thus, delaying the war even longer. November at the earliest, as I said earlier

Derek we dont have to wait much longer because after the 7th when Blix reports to the UN there will be a vote of the new resolution #18 and after that happens if it passes or not by the second week of march you will see military action with or without UN backing.

As much as I want war, I can see that March 7 will be another diplomatic blindside by Blix and France, especially after new substantive cooperation. Prehaps Europeans should have to pass a common sense exam before being allowed to serve in these types of positions as they obviously do not even understand simple logic. Let me give them a brief lesson:

P implies Q
(If Saddam does not completely disarm, there will be serious consequences)
P: T
Q: By logic, Q must also be true as a T-F is false.

Therefore, Europe has failed logic, or are merely chickenbleep liars
