I vary....mostly Country, or Classic Rock.....but presently I have Sheryl Crow's latest greatest hits playing. I have a hard time with that one since I denounced the Dixie Chicks for their behavior...and SC is not much better....but my love for good music has won, and I'm putting aside my ill feelings for another Bush basher.

Rock music (hard rock, metal, some alternative and even the occassional soft rock song would all be included). Oh, and I LOVE Christmas music - any and all of it.

I'll narrow my list down to fave artists because I don't necessarily like everything in one particular genre.
Amy Grant (contemporary Christian/pop)
Billy Joel (the Piano Man)
Garth Brooks (country, except when he's Chris Gaines

)
Olivia Newton-John (pop)
Bruce Springsteen (rock)
Newsboys (contemporary Christian)
Johann Sebastian Bach (classical)
Michele Greene ("L.A. Law" actress/Latino folk)
Christopher Parkening (classical guitar)
And if anyone asks if I like the Indigo Girls or Melissa Etheridge, I'm gonna puke!

I have learned to like almost all kinds of music. With theexception of Rap and Opera. Being a DJ, I work for a very diverse clientelle, so I grow lo like different songs in almost every Genre.
When I am driving down the road, I usually listen to classic rock, 70's, 80's and some 90's and sometimes country. Just what I grew up on.
Oh yeah, I'm not too keen on Heavy Metal either. Can't understand anything that comes out of their mouths except the cuss words.

I listen to most any music except heavy metal and most rap.
side note. I saw KISS/AEROSMITH the other night in Minneapolis, I thought it was the worst concert I had ever seen, thats just my opinion, most everyone else in the arena seemed to like it , but then again I smelled this funny scent in the air in the arena, maybe that explains them. Hehe

Alt rock too but a lot of local Cincy bands too. We have a great alt rock, or modern rock station here that you can listen to online (it's located in Oxford, OH just north of Cincinnati). Here's their link if anyone is interested. They have message boards and members from far away. It's a local college station.
