Iraq must fully disarm to avoid war, President Bush said Tuesday, as he urged the United Nations to honor its word; and back potential U.S. action against Saddam Hussein. But in a possible setback to U.S. ambitions, chief weapons inspector Hans Blix said Baghdad has shown new signs of substantive cooperation in recent days.

For myself I would just take what Hans Blix says with a "grain of salt" regarding Baghdad.

Subtantitive cooperation is NOT fully disarming. They need to disarm like they said they would. It is not just what the USA wants but the UN... They said they'd disarm, and they haven't. You ask someone to do something and they say they will, then they don't. That means they didn't do what you've asked. plain and simple...

If The United Nations.. ie Unreliable nincompoops :o don't start to agree with the United States and it's allies on the use of force in Iraq then they are just showing their insignifigance and should disband..IMHO..How many chances are they going to give Saddam?? They are just giving him more time to build his weapons of mass destruction and to me that is a crime. PUT UP or get out!!!!!.....Lets ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. It's plain and simple. Saddam in doing nothing more than using stalling tactics, and unfortunately succeeding.
