Ever stop and think about Human Cloning??
I hate to even mention that “A” word because it seems to offend some people so I won’t. Instead lets talk about something potentially as horrific as this. HUMAN CLONING! You may ask how is the scientific creation of a “human being”, in anyway related to the killing of the unborn. It’s quite simple. If there is no Ban placed on Human Cloning, our scientific community runs the risk of becoming a destructive force in which life becomes a commodity for exploitation. They will create life just to destroy for so-called scientific research. In other words, we will murder babies, but we will call it something else, just like we do now with Abortions.

You just said the "A" word. :o
Anyway, I don't have a problem with cloning human tissue for medical purposes, but cloning whole humans is a scary thought indeed. What good could possibly come of it? The only thing I can see is doing it in an extremely controlled, private situation in which scientists do studies. But that is hardly the life I would want to lead.
Thank goodness that psycho alien lady thing was a hoax!

oh...so I did. Sorry about that. Just got to thinking how this issue is in the infancy (like that use of irony?), and it would be nice if it could be squashed before it ever gets off the ground.
This week, the United States House of Representatives will be voting on the Human Cloning Prohibition Act of 2003 (HR 534). This would be an important step toward showing we care about human life.
