Wow this is a detailed plan for a possible war against North Korea but I dont like all of these details made in public because the enemy will see it and then NK will be more prepared and then the element of surprise goes away.

War plans are constantly updated to reflect changes in opposing forces and tactics. This is especiallty true when tensions run high in an area of the world. You can believe that official sources let certain things out of the bag just to cause the same planning activities to happen on the other side of the fence.
