Victim Follows Car Chase On Live TV, Recovers Stolen Car

DALLAS, Texas -- A quartet of suspected car thieves are behind bars after leading Dallas police on a chase through the city's southeast side.
Chopper 5 was along for the ride as the driver of the stolen car wove through a neighborhood just north of the Dallas Zoo
The car's owner, Jessica Martinez, spotted the chase as it was broadcast live on Tuesday night's newscast. Martinez arrived at the scene in time to claim her stolen car.
Martinez said the car will need new rims and gas but that she was relieved everything went well with the chase and that no one was injured. This was the second time Martinez's car was stolen.
