Ticka I think that the list of the winners already of that distintion has to be posted for the members to know who won already and not nominate those again as I won junes MOTM but I can't be nominated because some may not know this thing of not nominate again winners of the MOTM and then we can nominate new members who haven't won yet again it will be very helpful for the members if that winners of the MOTM list is posted .

Why are we having October MOTM in November???

Because I have a life HD and I'm running behind on things. Want to wear my shoes for a week and see how much you can get done.....

Therefore, I finally found the time do the MOTM for October.

I prefer voting for the entire previous month, during the first week of the following month myself. No problem for me Ticka.

It makes sense to me. I mean, we have to get through the month, determine who was an asset to Storm2k throughout that month, and then vote for the member of that past month, which would have to be after the month ends.

On the second count I agree the time and place for nominations is perfect at the time period of 1st week of month as we are voting on the previous month here.

You have my sympathy. I can't imagine doing all you do and keeping a clean desk at work besides!

LOL "J" - thanks for the support. LOL on the cleaned desk. Wish it lasted - seems bosses hate clean desk and just pile more on....anoher long week for me here with projects and deadlines.

But MOTM is done LOL.
