latest news is that 40% of the roof collapsed due to snow and rain. No word yet on casualties.

There's been many collapses here locally as well...the rains on top of all this snow will only cause more reports like this to be popping up.

How terrible!

I heard that 3 out of the 10 employees working were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries and they don't know how many customers were shopping. I heard an estimate of maybe 50. Apparently, it was a light shopping day because of the weather. Thank God! One lady was in there with her 2 children and her mother and she said they had to walk circles around the rubble to get out. She said there was a loud roaring sound and then you could see the sky beams falling. For a moment she thought they were going to die. They don't know if or how many people are trapped inside. Rescue workers plan to use dogs and thermal imaging to see whether people are trapped under the collapsed roof.

My oh my!

If anyone else hears anything new, let us know. I pray nobody was killed.

I heard about it! Good thing no one was seriously hurt! We can thank bad weather, and a bad economy for that though ;)

Well, I don't think there were too many people shopping because the weather was so bad. I don't think the economy had anything to do with it.
