Jessica was last seen leaving her home, in the company of Stephen Recker, on October 17, 2003. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for Stephen on October 20, 2003. They may be traveling in a 1991 maroon Oldsmobile Bravado with Washington license plates 767 MHO. Jessica and Stephen are believed to have traveled through Arizona and may be en route to Texas.
