WEST WARWICK, R.I. -- A nightclub erupted in a raging fire during a pyrotechnics display at a rock concert, killing at least 85 people and injuring more than 160 others as frantic mobs rushed to escape. Club officials said Friday the special effects were used without permission.

 the latest count is 95 dead...

They say bad things come in threes, hopefully between the Chicago nightclub stampede, this one and the oil refinery fire that will be all!

I read earlier when the count was around 85 that one of the band members were missing. That's awful! Great White has been around alittle while right? I've heard of them, but I don't know of any of their songs.

They were best known as an "80's hair band" - during the days of Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Poison, Warrant, etc...

Their biggest hits were "Rock Me" and "Once Bitten, Twice Shy"
