My mom sent me this and since I am on the verge of enlisting in the USAF, I thought it would just be a polite thing to do.

A thank you for our military members... pass the word

If you are so inclined, visit the Department of Defense web page below
and sign a brief message thanking the men and women of the U.S. military services for defending our freedom. The compiled list of names will be sent out to our soldiers at the end of the month.

So far, only about 4,650,000 people have signed to date. What a shame.
There should be hundreds of millions of thank you's.

My significant other's son just learned yesterday he's going to Saudi Arabia tomorrow. He's with the Air Force reserves.

Thats a nice gesture. When I was over there I got tons of care packages, food and cards...was unreal the support. I hope that we can show these people the same favors.

Aaron, The Construction Coordinator for Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity was in the Air Force for 26 years. He filled me on some of the questions that I still had lingering in my mind. For now, I think I have all my questions answered, but if any come to mind, I'll let you know
