By his remarks I can say that he has made the decision to invade Iraq but of course he wont say it on public but I can say that by mid march after a second resolution is offered by the UK and the US regardless if France vetoes it the US will go ahead unless a ultimate change of heart from Saddam comes but I dont think Saddam is going to change at all.
