DOGGED PURSUIT
THE DOGGED PURSUIT OF A BAD REPP: William Allan Repp Jr. has been arrested again. In the latest case, Repp was being pursued at high speed by police in Longview, Wash., when he lost control of his Corvette and crashed. As he tried to run from the crash, Officer Jason Ferriss' police dog chased Repp down and captured him. It's the fourth time Ferriss and his dog have arrested Repp. (AP) ...Man's best friend, The Man's best friend, what's the difference?
