Not official yet. It isn't over until it is over. The polls haven't even closed yet. :grr:

Do you have to get 50% of the vote? Is there a runoff election if you don't?

While I do believe that Arnold will win it is not right to say so yet. The polls still don't close for another hour and a half. Votes aren't even counted until then. :grr:

And no... only a majority is required.

Why else would Jesse Jackson cry? He wouldn't cry if McClintock lost. ;)

LMAO, this is funny, I am only keeping tabs because of all the people who actually thought they had a chance! Other than that, I hate politics!

Yep, I'd say that's a pretty good indication it's over! I think what clinched it for Arnold was all that stuff about his groping women. People "smelt a rat" (so to speak). I mean, why after all those years did this stuff suddenly surface just before an election? Clearly, the strategy backfired bigtime.

Serves them right.

CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS and FoxNews exit polls ALL show Davis out, Ah-nold IN, and Prop. 54 dead in the water.

Bustamante is well below Schwarzenneger's exit numbers, and Ah-nold is far ahead of the "No on Recall" votes.

Zee you all at ze "Reagan Hotel" for zer fictory zelebration, ja?

Hanging Chads should not be an issue with numbers like that. However I wouldn't put it past the crybabies to try something. I guess they don't want to hear "Cal-ee-forn-ya" for the next so many years.
