I had blood drawn on Thursday, September 18th [the morning of Hurricane Isabel's landfall along the North Carolina coast]... I wasn't too fond of it myself. I hadn't had it done since 1999, I believe. As I mentioned in another thread, only a couple things were below the range they should have been, but only slightly.

I am going to another doctor (my parent's doctor) for a second opinion on whether I should take a depression medication that causes weight gain. Sounds strange to me. Not that it won't work, that I should actually try it for that reason.

I clean the gutter's of our (parents and my) house on a fairly regular basis... there is a large tree that drops Spanish moss all over the yard and our roof and gutters.
Our house is one level, so it isn't too bad getting them cleaned.
Had two levels and a basement in Massachusetts.
