100,000 strong land force---ready to do it
The commander of coalition forces in Kuwait said today more than 100,000 U.S. troops in the country are ready to launch an attack if one is ordered against neighboring Iraq. "If we are called upon to execute a mission we are ready to do it," Lt. Gen. David D. McKiernan told CNN
