Try this....

While sitting at your desk or in a chair.... make clockwise circles with
your right foot

While doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

Does your foot change direction?

We are weird, aren't we????

It took me about 5 or 6 tries before I could finally keep my right foot going in a clockwise direction while drawing the number 6 in the air with my right hand.

If you think that's a challenge....try doing the "eggbeater" kick while treading water! That's what you call coordination!
