Eminem Being Sued......Again!

A 70-year-old grandma sued Eminem (a.k.a. Marshall Mathers, Slim Shady, or whatever you wanna call him) for sampling her Late Husband's music for the track "Guilty Conscience" from his debut album Slim Shady LP.
Why Am I not surprised?

Well I don't like Eminem (musically or personally... but that is just MHO) but what exactly do you mean by sampling music?

By "sampling" he is using clips of a song in one of his songs.

Ok... this is much like the suit the Dixie Chicks lost against the Brumley family for using part of "I'll Fly Away" in their song "Sin Wagon" without permission. If he did take part of someone's song, he needs to be punished.

GOOD! ...now if we can just get him in jail where he belongs.
Rap "artists" are notorious for stealing lyrics (and molesting young girls..but that's another topic). Nothing makes me cringe more than to turn on the TV and see Eminem doing the whole hand shuffle, finger pointing, I'm mad at the world thing he and others like him do.
