I AM VERY CURIOUS...

#1 Postby streetsoldier » Sat Feb 15, 2003 9:35 pm

What is the "rating system" for "posting ranks"? Just for my own edification, if nothing else, please? Thanks!

You know...."Newbie" = ? posts, "Junior" = ? posts, "Full" = ? posts, "Senior" = ? posts, etc...

(I think Rob will soon need his own "ranking", like "Storm2k Legend"? LOL)

"Legend" is good...? Or would you prefer "The Merciless God of Posts?"

Either way, your accomplishments (?) are in the record books!

He is definitely into uncharted territory, as is Cycloneye with his 1,000+ posts. ;)

Rob has the uncanny ability to combine quantity with quality; I have yet to master that, but I try to say what I feel needs to be said, despite my paltry numerical standing.

That, and the fact that I have never learned to "touch-type" puts me at a decided disadvantage, but...Oh, well...(!)

Same here Bill....I still can type pretty darn good for a guy who never took lessons! Also, I'm like a robot on here at times....I just answer all I can! Wonder if they will make more 'zones' lol

It takes all kind of posters....those who post a lot and those we post some and those that post once a millinium. We all fall in between somewhere. :)
I enjoy reading everyone's posts.

breeze,

I have to admit that, last night I was SO close to the "coveted" Senior Member status that I went overboard in finding things to post about.... :(

But my usual stance is not to engage in "overkill", but make each post I leave WORTH reading, and commenting upon.

I do, on occasion, have my "moments"...
