Forget France,US will go with coalition without UN backing

#1 Postby cycloneye » Fri Feb 14, 2003 2:46 pm

France is saying that they will veto a second resolution that the US and the UK will present next week but I say forget France,Russia,China,Germany and others in the UN who appauded France when they finished it's remarks in the security council.

The US will go with the UK and other countries and dismiss the UN as a league of nations instead of the united nations.

So true... I believe we should also ban anything that comes from those countries. Like that Evian water etc. What a bunch of hypocrites.

These other countries need to see the light. They are being bought off somewhat by Saddam's ploys and how he baits them into thinking he has nothing in his country for wars....BS! We need to get this party started and just knock him out, go through our little recovery and recession and get back to living without doubts and fears here.

lol they can keep their wines and water...we have plenty ourselves. I'm so sick of our country helping other countries with aid and security and all they do is sit there and do nothing but mean lady. Such a sad state of affairs when we need to fight for our own beliefs since nobody wants to help the people (US), from the hand which feeds them.

I like French's mustard. :grr:

I once heard that if we stopped sending foreign aid, the government would have enough money to get every American child through college.

It is not the Government's job to send every school kid to college...many are unqualified academically to do so anyway.

I'd be happy if the unspent wealth went directly into restoring our Armed Forces to meet any threat or combination, anywhere, any time.

Hmmmm.. Seems to me these countries have motives of their own. Like selling materials to Iraq that they don't want the rest of the world to find out and sweet oil deals IMHO>>>
