Blix "Iraq offered no new evidence.."

NBC, MSNBC AND NEWS SERVICES

Feb. 10 — Chief United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix said on Monday he saw no new evidence about Iraqi weapons during a visit to Baghdad, and rejected European suggestions that more inspectors would help his hunt. The possible proposal by France and Germany signaled a growing rift with Washington as President Bush, in another heavy hint of imminent war, said again that Iraq’s “game is over.”

I don't know how much longer President Bush is going to let this charade go on. While we have sufficient capability in the area to initiate an aggressive campaign against Iraq, we don't have the forces in place yet to mount an offensive from the north. The forces should be in place and ready within the new two to three weeks. With the moon conditions right the first week of March it seems the timetable is set for war.

This second attempt by the inspectors in MHO was a waste of time.. It is obvious that saddam will not meet the demands of 1441 and war is the only way to deal with this threat  No matter what saddam must be taken out. LETS ROLL!!!!!

Anyone else notice Blix's style? When in Baghdad, he says "significant progress is being made"; when he comes back, we get a different tale altogether.

He's smarter than I thought....he doesn't want an Iraqi bullet in his head, "fired by a Kurdish/Shi'ite/(add your own name here) dissident".

This is not a sign of the starting to cooperate, this is just a sign of them continuing to play games and stall.... If they have nothing to hide then why did they not fork over all this new info earlier?????/ Alright guys war sucks and i feel for the men and women that will be fighting, but enough is enough....
