I don't believe in 'chasers'. Legitimate spotters, yes. Thrillseekers trying to collect pictures, no.

PDS....Particularly Danger Situtation....

A particularly dangerous situation (PDS) is a type of enhanced wording first used by the National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma on certain severe weather watches.
