North Korea says it has reactivated its nuclear facilities and is going ahead with its operation "on a normal footing." Foreign Ministry spokesman says the communist country will use the facilities to generate electricity "at the present stage."

"At the present stage" means we are gonna build bombs :o :o soon. We sure have our plate full when it comes to insane nations.
