STORM2K is 10 years old!
Wow,how time has passed since Storm2k was unveiled ten years ago on October 8th. Since then,this board has grown in a steady way with more and more members,but also with changes bringing new things to make it better and better. That is why S2k is one of the best if not the #1 board on the net. I am very proud to be part of this weather community family since it began.Congratulations to all and let's keep making it even better.

What a ride it has been!! I don't think any of us had an idea what this site would become over the years. I know that never in my wildest dreams did I expect STORM2K to become what it is today. Like Luis I am very proud to know that along with all of you that I am a part of this great site and what it is.

I've officially been apart of the forum now for 7 years and my attendance in chat even predates that. I've certainly taken more out of this family than I have given it. I learned just as much meteorology here as I did in my entire first four years in college as a meteorology major. I'm now in my 6th year of college and in grad school and I continue to learn here.
We've been through trivia, elections, voting competitions, scrap-booking fiascoes, and 100 or more storms in the last 10 years, and I hope that everyone gets everything they can out of this little island we have here in the WWW.
