A Party On The Top

Last night, I went to a party at the top of a hotel. It was a formal cocktail party with dancing. Got a good view of downtown and the weather is nice. I donned on a suit and tie and partied the night away. Lot of beautiful people. I also got to see friends as well. Had a good time. To my surprise many of my friends have not seen the movie, District 9. It is a great movie. Everyone has to see it. 8-) :ggreen:

Ptarmigan, do you live year round in the Arctic? Isn't it always winter (I guess some days are sunnier than others)? How many live in your city? Good for you for getting decked out and going for it.

I've always read your posts, and it's amazing to me how varied our lives all are. I'm a suburban mom and retired doc in the mid-Atlantic eastern part of the US. Don't do much Partying On the Top (but sure would if I lived in NYC! 8-) )

If this is too personal just know I like your thread titles and wish you well.

Hahaha! Jokes on me then. Funny what the imagination can do. I had you freezing your you know what just to get to the party. :eek:

Guess I haven't been on this board long enough to know this minor point of information. Glad you had fun anyway. We're still digging out here in the Mid-Atlantic.
