If you're a "word junkie" like me, you might enjoy this. :)

What do the following words share in common?

diastrophism
micropsia
supplicatory

simpatico

These are words that exercise all your fingers when you type them -- try it!

FYI, the above was the theme this week from "A Word A Day" via Wordsmith.org, one of my favorite word websites with many other fascinating features. For information on each of these words visit the following:

I also love the 365 New Words a Year desk calendar, one of my stocking gifts from Santa last year. I tape the daily sheets to my office door, and everyone on our floor (from administrative assistants to the Dean of Academic Affairs) feels enlightened.

I dimly recall Micropsia was a symptom of the "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome" (real condition). It's a good word, nice ring.
