The first tornado video just shows it going through a thunderstorm and then all of a sudden one of the train cars falls over to the side. It wasn't even windy when that happened.

The trees are starting to move, and you see some leaf debris. I think a car farther back gets rolled and it works its way to the front. Because it doesn't look like the wind would roll a train car.

I did notice the wind blowing the trees horizontal before the train derailed. I was looking for more of a funnel cloud or a cloud of some sort.
