Hopefully it's happy this year, half my family isn't coming and I can barely taste right now due to this darn cold. I guess it doesn't get any better when you have two horrible set ups for Turkey Football day
. Hopefully though I'll feel better tomorrrow and have a great time with the family, and wish you all the same. Happy Thanksgibin!!!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Looking forward to eating(twice) today.
I had dental surgery Monday after 4 days of not being able to really eat, but I'm fully recovered now and can't wait.

Have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving everyone. 'Tis a rainy one here this morning before sunrise. The turkey is running around rattling doors and trying to find a way out...but his clock is ticking.
We are blessed by having our grandson Alan and his parents with us this year. He is sound asleep still just down the hallway as the rain continues to fall.
...oops, there goes Tommy Turkey again. Better check the door locks one more time.
Enjoy and be safe.

A VERY Happy Thanksgiving from the "White MOuNtAiNs of Northern Arizona!" Yes indeedy, it's SNOWING as I post this! Received a QUICK 4" of WET, WET snow in a heavy squall, it stopped briefly and now it's DUMPIN' AGAIN! Honestly cannot remember the last White Thanksgiving...Michelle and I have been married for 11 years and I don't remember ever having it snow on Turkey Day...we've had 2 with snow on the ground!
HAPPY Thanksgiving my westie buddies....looking forward to a full day of eating, watching football and of course, watching the BEAUTIFUL SNOW!

That was a nice addition to your Thanksgiving, Dennis. We've had snow in the past week, only about an inch and that hasn't happened in ages around here either!
I made way too much food, as usual, but it all came out fine. My bird was done WAAAAY before the "charts" said it should be - 3 1/4 hours for a 19 lb bird. I have to wonder if my stove's temperature gauge is off. I kept basting her and turned the oven down to 180 degrees. She came out a little dry, but nothing gravy couldn't fix.
