I tihnk this. Pretty Woman? Because she has a good job.

Pretty GIRL? because shes a daddy's girl , and the dad will buy anything for his little girl. Believe me I know people like that, blah!

All I care is that they are hot.

I had my first car when I was 15, 3 months to go before I could drive it anywhere than down the street and back...86 Monte Carlo SS. Black with gray interior, 3:73 gears. It sounded real good when I put flowmasters on it. I loved that car.
Then you had to buy a !@#* Yamaha R1. RIP Lil Bro

I have a nice bright orange 2003 Honda Shadow thats my pride and joy. the waxing and chrome polishing never ends :) I've put 50,000 miles on it from new...been all over eastern Canada and the eastern US. Some of the best times I've had were just loading saddlebags with some clothes and riding out of town with NO plans on where to go. Ended up in Boston one weekend doing that

OK...

2000 Toyota Tundra SR5 4wd V8 (ext. cab)
1969 Chevrolet Caprice 4dr
1973 Pontiac Grand Ville 4dr
1989 Pontiac Grand Safari wagon
just sold my 85' Mercedes :(

I am thinking of trading in my truck on a new Honda Accord or Civic, but still not sure.

My truck - this was taken around mid May of this year:
Image
My Caprice (ugly and old, but still drives like a brand new car- no squeaks or rattles either. :D
Image
My Grand Ville - drives like a cloud.... likes gas too!
Image
And the Safari... not driven in years..... :(
Image
And if you look beyond the Longleaf pine tree, you can see my fathers lovely 53' Chevy motorhome... looks like the Partridge family bus. :D He is going to rent it out for the race. Outside looks horrible, but the inside is unbelievable.

Yeah, ALL of these were taken on the same day... actually in early May.

Does anyone know anything about the Pontiac Solstice? I mean, I've got my Firebird but, I do think that the Solstice is kinda' cute. My concern is that I remember the Pontiac Fiero and all of it's problems- they called it the Pontiac Firebox because in certain cases it acted the same way that the Ford Pinto did! Disco inferno!!

I believe that the only reason Pontiac has had so much success with the Firebirds and Trans-Ams is because they're the same car underneath the fiberglass as the Chevy Camaro. It would be interesting to know though, if anyone had any first hand experience with the Solstice. Such as mechanical stability and what not. I know they don't have as much engine power as other small sports-styled cars but, like I said they're cute! :D

Still, doubtful that I would give up my good old all-American muscle car! 8-)

I drive a Metallic Pearl 2006 Toyota RAV4 V6 and my wife drives a Dark Silver 2005 VW Passat TDI.

I drove a Solstice on a track at an event that GM had in Las Vegas last year. Dang that puppy is FAST. I just can't stand to buy American cars any more.

You must have driven the one with the turbo package. From what I have been told, the base model only has a 4-cyl, 175 horsepower engine in it. Not even as much giddy-up as a Mazda Miata!

Glad you had a fun ride though! 8-)

We have two 2006 Nissan Altima S Special Editions. We got both of them a few months apart in January-Feb. I didn't like the new design, the taillights are fugly. Mine is Peral white and had 21 miles on it and Tony's is a Gold color and he had 34 miles. We love them. I think I may get a 2008 coupe Altima. It's the first year they made a two door. Looks like the infiniti coupe They have two at our dealership My dealer Marie ordcered one in white..Go figure LOL . Tony is thinking about the Murano. :D :D :D
