Alexis Grace, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey top three.

Wild Card??????? Michael Sarver, Tattiana Del Toro(based on voice only!!! Otherwise-AAARRRGGHHH!!!!!)
Wild card is not easy for tonight with the three definite standouts, a few definite no's, and the rest just BLAH!!!

My score overall-6.5 out of 10. Not a good lead off show imo.

A bit?

If I hear that laugh again, I'm going to cut my ears off.

I was glad to see Michael Sarver make it. He's a "local" boy, lives about an hour north of here in Jasper... which happens to be where I evacuated to (not far enough north) for Rita. I thought he was good last night, but liked his style better during Hollywood Week and in his audition. I hope he goes back to that during the Top 12, and I hope he does well.

I think Anoop will make Top 12 via Wildcard.

though very beautiful, despite her good "singing voice" (and only singing, not laughing), Tatiana is just not American Idol material.
This is an excerpt from someone who claims to know her personally, and I paraphrase it..
::::It's sad, she truly is a crazy unhinged person and prone to tremendous episodes of anger and rage as well as self destruction. She can be rational and logical and then completely go off the deep end. It's not an act. Though she is a wreck of a person, I personally hope nothing happens to her and she does not hurt herself in the process. Seriously. I dont think any record or TV producer in his right mind should hire her or work with her. She is a walking litigant and a disaster and needs psychological help.:::::

even though she didnt make it last night, she may yet come back to haunt us in the wildcard round.
But just looking at how she intermingled with the other Idols last night after she didn't make it, she was the only one not showing happiness for the ones that did make it. She was so caught up in herself not making it, she didnt consider anyone else in the process. That tells me she cares for no one else but herself.
Well surprise Tatiana, the world does NOT revolve around you...even though you seem genuinely to believe that.
IDOL definetly isnt all about singing, its the whole package..and she is not Idol material....even though she is a phenomenal singer.

I seriously think these people are deaf. How many times do the judges say song choice is so important each week? Both of them made awful decisions there.

Same for the third..

Nick Mitchell/Norman Gentle, OMG HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Paula high?

#5, I didn't get it, it was boring.

#6, a decent singer for once. Only took half the show.

#7 Mmmmm, eye candy. Pretty good singing also. :P

#8 Zzzzzzzzzzz

#9 and 10 Forgettable

#11 Decent

#12 Best of the night by a mile.

I'm just now watching. Love the dvr...no commercials!

#2... no one should do coldplay except for coldplay. Viva la vida is my favorite song...he butchered it.

#4... Nick can't go on. Please tell me he can't. Ya think they keep him around for fear of him going nuts and harming them? lol Surely he's got several more personalities that haven't come out yet.

#7...Megan. Liked her singing but what was with her arm movements? She looked goofy.

#12...Adam. The best of the night.

2 out of 3 ain't bad. Kris Allen was the other one I thought was really good. Hopefully we have seen the very last of Nick or whatever he is!!! He has a really good voice, but he is not Idol material. Allison and Adam could end up the final two and imo she blows even him off the stage!!! Like Kara has said, she is just pure raw talent through and through. No 16 year old could have the stage presence she has unless they have been on stage for years(I havd done no research on her background) and her voice is one of the best I have heard in a long long time.

*yawns*

will this get better . .. mmmm, probably not

#1 meh. . it was ok

<commercial. . .yawn>

#2 this was sucky. . . #1 was a lot better . .

<turns on Tweetdeck to get running commentary from Twitter about AI>

checks on Michael Johns' new song on http://www.votefortheworst.com during commercials

#3 <hits the mute button 30 seconds into the song>

<commercial again :( *goes to chat to thwap D5*>

#4 she was off-key and pitchy and . . the song was too big for her. .

#5 hmmm . .. he knows this is a song about someone stalking a girl. . . and not a love song, right?

#6 finally, the first one tonight that hasn't caused me to hit the mute button. . .

#7 the drama queen . . .<hits the mute again> he's butchering Meatloaf . . agghh the horror. . .

#8 not as good as 6, cause she had some bad notes, but ok

#9 pretty good. . . there was a bad note, but only one. . .

#10 to paraphase D5 ". . . never attempt Martina . . unless you are her. . ." . . the high notes were not Kendall's friend . .

#11 one of the best tonight .. . just need a little more English diction lessons or just sing in Spanish. . .in fact, if you go want to "out of the box", I would consider singing in Spanish one week

#12 another good one . .

12,11 and 9

12 and 9 definately a toss up between 11 and 6

#6 Pretty good

#7 Painful

#8 Pretty good for someone not even in the original top 36

9-Scott MacIntyre still has my vote.
