A promo for the recap on Thursday which will also feature the PREMIERE of a new music video! Back at the beginning of the season The Fray's "How to Save a Life" and Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" was used. New episodes will return next Thursday and will run repeat free through the finale on May 17th. A 2-hour episode with the spinoff tenatively titled "Private Practice" featuring Kate Walsh will air with Grey's on May 3rd.

OooOoo. The Izzie's daughter plot line.. hmm.

I've definitely been anxious to see if it would come back up because I think it's interesting, but I'll have to see the circumstances surrounding it. It would be really cliche and unrealistic to have her daughter show up at Seattle Grace needing a transplant, imo. But I'm really excited to see where it goes!

I've been really busy with the VA Tech story all week, so I didn't post a reminder or the additional promos I had put up(with the other Thursday shows), but it's over now, so anyway:

Pretty good episode tonight, loved the interaction between Mark and the Chief(trying to pick up that woman in the elevator was really funny), but the highlight was the very end where Addison dances with the Chief! Other highlights... finally Marlowe is gone, and Gizzie is looking good, but it won't stay secret for long, as next week's preview proves. But first:

I am so split on this episode. Watching it I loved it but now that I've been thinking and reading other people's thoughts on it I am not feeling it. First of all, Addisex was WAY too short and then ended way too painfully. I'm disappointed that the 2 seconds we got in the promos was it. Addison is lucky to be leaving... sunny LA should be MUCH better than rainy Seattle.

Ummmm.... let's see:

Gizzie=Becoming boring.

Burke=When he said at the beginning "try the cakes or I'll find a new bride" I was like what? but then he seemed to have a change of heart(although looking at next week, blah).

The story with the fish in the "private" area... ouch. Literally. My mom was like "the stuff you watch", but she watches it too and still obsesses over ER.

What did everyone else do? I forgot...

Depressing finale

This show has gone downhill big time.

Why is it I always hate finales and special episodes of this show?

Hated last year's finale
Hated the 3-part ferry crap this year
Hated this finale(and last week).

Blah.

Tonight was just a mess. I'm still trying to figure out what exactly happened.

I agree; I've only started watching it this season, but it just didn't make any sense to me the stuff between Burke and Christina, or Meredith and Derrick. Any of it, actually, although it made my heart tingle when the chief's wife said the father of her baby was a much better man than she thought he was.

Howard Bragman, Washington's publicist, says Washington's option was not renewed, and released this statement from the actor: "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more."

His "I'm mad as hell...." statement is a famous quote from the movie "Network." Weird thing is, the character who said it in "Network" said it after being fired from his television job (and before threatening to kill himself...although he was murdered in the end).

WTF was up with Lexie coming up to Meredith and announcing that she was her sister as Meredith pushes an injured patient in? Like.. that is just ridiculous. I don't know how much I like Lexie as a character right now.. she seems too sweet or something.

Meredith/Derek, um. Whatever. I don't even know what to say. They are worse than Ross/Rachel.

And I am like "Noooooooo!!! George mustn't say he loves her. He is supposed to love Callie!" But that's just me.

That crazy guy who ate everything? LMAO.

I think this will be a promising season. Last season was IDK.. just not as good as S1 & S2. It has some interesting territory to cover. And the new interns should breathe new life into the show.

I hate how everyone was so depressed or constantly complaining. Ugh!

The thing with the deer was unbelievably HORRIBLE. First of all the plot had many problems to begin with that I won't go into, but it's shocked and just magically is fine? Spare me!

Meredith and Derek.. I'm sick of this on and off stuff. When they broke up for the 316th time tonight I gave it 2 episodes before they got back together, well, it was more like 2 seconds before they had "breakup" sex, LOL, and it continues next week.

Did no one care that Addison is gone? Well except for McSteamy.. but that's McSteamy. Such a big character and very little mention.

I was disappointed. Not a good start.

Having said that... next week looks good. S&M means "sex and mockery", Callie gets into big trouble, Burke's mom returns, etc.

Yeah, not sure what was up with the deer. I think the point of it was to illustrate to the new interns that Izzie is very connected with her patients and such.

We've seriously had three seasons of Meredith and Derek on/off.. it does get a little tiring.
