The whole George/Izzie friendship works for me.

And Sandra Oh is so not all that, IMO!

According to ABC, she is locked into a long-term contract(most major actors on hit shows are), so I wouldn't be too concerned over this. Doubt she's leaving... good luck finding another job if she does, certainly not a better one!
