The incident occurred in 2005, according to the Los Angeles Times. Michelle Delgadillo's punishment -- a $186 fine.
Delgadillo argues that his wife's driving on a suspended license crime was not DUI-related but still it seems very slimey off him to be arguing for
extensive jail time for Paris when his wife just paid a measly $186 for a similar driving-related crime.
Can't wait to see how much Delgadillo and the judge who some here like to call a "strong judge" get soon for their book deals. This is all about money and greed and abuse of power nothing about giving someone the right sentence for a crime.
Do you people (aside from the open minded Regit) actually care about our country's laws and justice system or do you just want to see someone you don't like have to sit in jail for the fun of it?
So, how many times did she drive on a suspended license?? Once, I bet. Not the THREE times Paris did it.
For the record, I don't dislike Paris Hilton. If anything, I pity her. She is such a useless twit. In fact, I could really care less about her. I find her antics, the press hype, the hand-wringing over "poor" Paris and the machinations of the LA court system amusing and entertaining that's all.
