I'm not exactly sure what you mean, David.

I hope Tony is back too, but it will be sad to see him mourn the loss of Michelle. I really liked her.

And as much as I liked Palmer, I guess there wasn't really much left for him to do. It was shocking and upsetting, but he wasn't President anymore and he can't come in every season to rescue the new President Wimpy. At least they didn't just use his death as a shock factor. It's the driving force of the plot so far.

From a die-hard 24 fan...RIP Palmer and Michelle. :(

I think I read somewhere that Tony will be back and that the actor is signed for season 6 (Fox has already renewed the show for next year).

Kim is also coming back for "multiple" episodes.

wow...WOW...WOW

When I first saw Spenser was the mole, I thought oh, well that was so obvious, I didn't really think it was true.
But he's not really a mole...he thinks he's working for the White House! He is as shocked as the rest of them. I thought it was a little odd when he gave the assassin a pass and was walking him in...I was like uhh, dude...they're gonna know it's you...you're walking him in! But he was clueless! Nice work you traitor...Cummings.
Logan is such an idiot...it looks like from the previews, that he won't believe it when he's told, just like he doesn't believe his wife. Someone needs to assassinate him and save the country. lol

That was a great episode. I like the twist they did with Spencer - it was new and not the same old thing.

Logan is an idiot. I hope his wife divorces him at the end of the show!

Yeah Steph. At first I thought it was going to be the same old thing, but this is much different. The worst thing about the show....only an hour long and we have to wait a whole week to see the next hour!

I really liked tonights episode but I really didn't think Cummings would confess so easily. I think Jack would have cut his eye out if he had not told them where the cannisters were supposed to be. As for the stupid man they call Mr. President, I am with SG, someone needs to take him down before he gets the USA in big time trouble cause he is dumb as a rock!

I, along with you Frack, thought maybe Palmer wasn't dead until they showed the body still laying on the floor, but then I thought, they wouldn't leave the body of an past President just laying there with FBI agents all around covered up by a canvas or blanket or what ever it was. It looked like his hand from the scars, but I'm not sure. I would really like to see him come back and win the presidency again.

Oh and the First Lady should definitely wipe her hands of the President, he cares nothing for her, he was just gonna send her off to the nut house without even telling her goodbye, that is just plain sad!

Oh well....said a lot :)

Did you notice in the previews for next week that Logan is asking Jack..."what do I do?" I mean, we all know Jack knows everything ;) but Logan can't tie his own dang shoes without consulting with someone on which foot to do first. He's a total blockhead.
His poor wife...she tried to tell him. I agree, Fly.

Oh, and YAY for Pierce! I was so proud of him!

I was also suprised with the Cummings situation. I thought it would be long and drawn out, but you can't guess what's going to happen on this show. Well, you can guess, but you'll likely be wrong. lol
I was expecting Cummings to come up with some excuse to make Jack look bad, like Jack was trying to conspire against Logan or something.

We need at least 2 hours a week!

I missed the SAG Awards but congratulations to Kiefer Sutherland!!

Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series

Kiefer Sutherland / 24 – Jack Bauer FOX

KIEFER SUTHERLAND: I am in shock... this is the community that I wanted to belong all my life and you have been so gracious and kind to me. Tonight is really special for me, I'm with my step-son, Timothy, so I really want to take a moment just to thank my family for being so patient and kind with me over the years; to all the actors that I've worked with, I've learned so much, I've never had a bad experience. And as an actor you realize that you can't do this on your own, so there are some people I have to thank.

It starts with the writing, Joe Surnow, Bob Cochran, Howard Gordon, Michael Loceff, Evan Katz, all of the wonderful writers on our show. John Kassar, this is yours, mate. [applause] And John Kassar is our director, and I cannot thank you enough. Suzan Bymel, you've stood by me through the peaks and the valleys, I can't thank you enough, my friends, my family, thank you very, very much. [applause]

I am so happy for Kiefer! He definately deserves that award!

Logan is the biggest friggin idiot! He was actually going to go aong with Cummings until he was "rescued" because he feared for his presidential legacy. Yeah, the legacy of being a MORON!!

Marty said to me that the guy that places Logan is a good actor. I asked him where he saw him before and he said no where. The fact that the actor got us to hate him says it all. I think he's right.

Marty thinks that the President is involved.

The President can't find his way out of a paper bag!

What got me about Sean Astin was him calling his druggy sister about the card and then when Chloe was having a hard time getting the file because it was encrypted using code through the DOD. Hmmm....

Me thinks Marty is a little off on that!! No offense to him!!! I'm not sure the President knows what a paper bag is!!!LOLOL!!!!

That stuff with hisAstin's) druggy sister and the DOD stuff is what made me think he was involved too.

Now what is up with the Presidents wife jumping into the Russian ambassadors limo???? Not sure where that is headed???? Possible US/Russian crisis if the motorcade is hit?

A couple of years back when I first heard about what President Logan was like, I thought they were trying to make fun of Bush. :P

What happened to the policy "We do not negotiate with terrorists!" Someone forgot to tell the makeshift Prez.

Brent...I never thought that. Since Bush is tough on terrorism, I always thought it could be a reference to what could have been because he's President Wimpy. When a terrorist called and asked to speak to the President (to give an ultimatum), he got all jumpy and told his Chief of Staff, "I can't talk to a terrorist. You talk to him. See what he wants." and he was shaking scared. You had to see it...it was pathetic. Grab a spine, will ya! President Palmer would have never acted like this!

The First Lady jumped in the limo, hoping that would make Logan have the motorcade turned around...since she was now in danger too. She's taking a huge risk because when Pierce first tried to call and let them know what she was doing, Logan was on the phone with CTU so he still doesn't know. I wonder how that will play out. Surely they won't kill off the First Lady!! She may be a little "crazy" at times, but I'd take her leadership over Looney Logan any day. He'd cave to a 12 year old trying to steal his lunch money.
