Im claustrophobic..I cannot be in tight closed spaces for any length of time. I used to have a fear of heights but seem to have overcame that somewhat.

I'm not! Show me the money! :P

My phobia: ROACHES!

I can't stand the disgusting little creatures and I spray my house regularly to make sure we don't meet. Unfortunately, living in the deep south, it happens occasionally anyway. It's generally a funny sight (for others).

Heights. Well, mostly falling from them.

Used to have a bunch. Overcame most.
Almost over the lightning/thunder fear. After living in FL twice, it's like post-traumatic stress. Finally detoxing. :)

I also have the same thinking about that.

Sorry, but BWAA-HA-HA-HAAAAA! If either of you gets a winning ticket, just mail 'er on down to me, ok?

Roach Tip #1 : They cannot bite or sting you. And I bet that knowing that doesn't help a bit.

Roach Stories: One night there was this wierd, large dark area on the side of my mom's old wooden shed. I walked out to see what it was. In the moonlight, the dark area seemed to shift and move about. Then, good old mom turned on the back yard light to "help me". The dark mass was about a zillion big palmetto bugs. When the light went on, they all started leaping and flying towards the light, which I was right in front of. My sister (major roach-o-phobic) would have been dead on the ground right there. However, big tough guy that I am, I merely danced about in the roach storm, shrieking, trying to get them out of my hair, and finally running to beat the band. A BAD Roach Story: Little brother wakes up in the morning. SOMETHING feels tickly deep inside one ear. YEP  .

My own phobias: I will not go into a lake, river or the ocean. Also, any big spider that doesn't make webs - such as the Wolf Spider - turns my brain into a "Jello Jiggler". I routinely catch and release small spiders, but when they get much bigger in diameter than maybe a nickle, watch the heck out.

I'm really uncomfortable being in deep water (thinking about it gives me the shivers) and I don't like heights. Not one bit. Kinda seems like I'm only happy when I'm on the bit in between, lol.

Insects especially Bees and Wasps. If it's close enough for me to see it then it's too close.
