Your favorite childhood memory

One of my favorite childhood memories is a day at my grandparent's house with all my cousins and Grand-daddy was cranking the ice cream churn while sitting on the back door steps. A lot of the day was spent hunting the easter egg that had not been found at Easter.

Going on picnics to the lake with dad, mom, and sis on summer weekends....whether it was mom's sandwiches, chips, and potato salad or KFC with all the fixins, the food just seemed to taste better in those days
