Skycaps? What kind of training, if any, do you need to be a skycap? What in the world are they getting paid to do? Unless I don't understand their duties, I thought they were just the guys who take in checked bags outside the airport terminal. Trust me...they get more than their fair share of tips because I always tip (I want to make sure my bag gets to the same place I'm going). Now that I know they already get paid so well, I'm wondering why they need tips at all.

Absolutely. And unfortunately, I have dealt with several lawyers who collected hundreds of dollars from me for doing almost nothing.
