Now the preference is of COURSE from scratch! However, since I am doing my best to be healthy, and time doesn't usually permit to cook from scratch, most of my meals are Healthy Choice Frozen Entrees.

Any and all of the above, but I probably only cook "from scratch" once a week. We usually eat at a restaurant (or get take-out) twice a week. The rest of the time is frozen or boxed food.
