Screaming, Crying Paris Hilton Ordered Back to Jail
LOS ANGELES — A screaming, crying Paris Hilton was ordered back to jail Friday to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.
A witness said Hilton was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
Hilton's mother, Kathy Hilton, was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now."
The heiress will get credit for the five days she already served.

MOMMY

Marshall also note she is ordered to serve the remainder of her 45 days.. Which will actually be 40 more days.. Judge just meant she will NOT be getting out early.. Lets remember here she has mocked this court every step of the way.. One by showing up over 30 minutes late the one time, then having her DR. pull a fast one to help get her out, then today she had said she wasnt going.. She was just going to call in to court..

Exactly. Judges do not look kindly on those kinds of games.

I haven't followed this very closely, but have kept up a little, and I think she has portrayed the attitude that she is above the law and should get special treatment.
Yes Kelly.. For good behavior.. She blew that.. Most instances in Cali court get out after 10 -20% of there time is served actuall
