I can understand the Judge being upset with the Sheriff and ordering her back to jail, but what's the reasoning for the 45 days?

That was her original sentence.. She served 3 days and they gave her credit for 5.. Then she was sprung. So Judge is ordering her to serve the whole term..

As far as the Sheriff.. Cant the Judge find him in contempt of court?

Screaming, Crying Paris Hilton Ordered Back to Jail

LOS ANGELES — A screaming, crying Paris Hilton was ordered back to jail Friday to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

A witness said Hilton was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother, Kathy Hilton, was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now."

The heiress will get credit for the five days she already served.

MOMMY

Marshall also note she is ordered to serve the remainder of her 45 days.. Which will actually be 40 more days.. Judge just meant she will NOT be getting out early.. Lets remember here she has mocked this court every step of the way.. One by showing up over 30 minutes late the one time, then having her DR. pull a fast one to help get her out, then today she had said she wasnt going.. She was just going to call in to court.. So can anyone blame the Judge at this point for saying she will have to serve her entire sentence

How pathetic. This is the result of many years of coddling and spoiling.Shes 20 something but has the emotional capacity of a 10 year old. She is now officially nothing but a joke.Lots of material for comics

I thought it was priceless a few minutes ago when somebody was screaming "No NO NO!" in the press conference and the lady told him to shut up lol..

Paris needs to serve her 45 days.. ALL OF THEM.. It is a complete travesty that the legal system coddles to celebrities..

The judge should have made her take out her hair extensions. That would have really sent her over the edge ;-)

Exactly. Judges do not look kindly on those kinds of games.

Wasn't the lesser sentence going to be for good behavior? You're right... she's mocked the court, the whole process. I haven't followed this very closely, but have kept up a little, and I think she has portrayed the attitude that she is above the law and should get special treatment.
